Shipping & Delivery Turnaround Times: Quick Reference Guide

To ensure an effortless, luxury experience, all logistical handling is managed end-to-end by the studio. Below are the core details of how your artwork is protected, transported, and delivered to your space and what bespoke options are avilable.

The Luxury Guarantee: The price displayed on your invoice is entirely all-inclusive of our premium handling and transit process to ensure the artwork's safety.

1. Packaging & Transit Methods

We dictate the final delivery method entirely by the structural finish you select for your artwork, ensuring the absolute preservation of its unique texture and layers.

  • Standard Process: All artwork is carefully hand-wrapped in archival glassine paper and safely shipped inside heavy-gauge, structural cylinders. Transited via secure express courier, insured, and delivered either directly to the client/designer/gallery (ROLLED ONLY) or to a framer local to the client or designer to be STRETCHED prior to final local delivery. We cover the stretch fee and the courier fee.

  • Bespoke Framed Artworks: If the client or designer wants the piece framed, they will pay the framer directly for this selection. 

2. Turnaround & Delivery Timelines

Because large-scale original artwork requires precise preparation and custom fabrication, these are our general operational timelines to guarantee your investment's safety:

  • Phase 1: Client purchases the painting and selects ROLLED ONLY or STRETCHED.

  • Phase 2: Secure Transit (All paintings ship ROLLED.) The artwork ships within 1-3 business days from date of purchase in a rolled mailer tube with signature required, usually to a framer local to the client.

  • Phase 3:  The rolled artwork arrives to the framer and is stretched before being couriered or delivered to the client via local transport.  (If a specific size adjustment must be made to fit project specs it can be facilitated at this time with prior request.) Turnaround times are specific to the local framer and large-transport delivery service.

  • Phase 4: BESPOKE FRAMED OPTION.  Once at the local framer, the client can choose bespoke floating-frame options and will approve and pay the local framer directly. Turnaround times are specific to the local framer and the local white-glove, heavy-lift delivery service.

Total turnaround times may vary but typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on framing customization and local delivery options.  An email confirming all selections and logistics will be sent upon purchase prior to shipping.

(Note: Structural wall-mounting or hanging services are separate from delivery and should be coordinated with your local professional installer or interior designer).
