2. Sector Guidelines & Operations

For Private Collectors

Acquiring a piece of original art should be as inspiring as the work itself. The price displayed on your digital quotation or invoice is fully absolute. There are no sudden shipping calculations, logistics management duties, or hidden material fees added at checkout.

For Commission Patrons

Bespoke, site-specific commissions are highly encouraged for residential estates and corporate architectural projects. Commissioned works follow the exact same square-inch matrices detailed above, eliminating premium markups for custom-tailored scales.

• Terms: A standard 50% initial retainer initiates the conceptual phase and structural material fabrication; the remaining 50% balance is due upon documented completion and final approval prior to shipping.

For Interior Designers, Architects & Galleries

We recognize the unique operational requirements of design professionals and gallery partners. We maintain an immaculate workflow to integrate seamlessly with client boards and staging schedules.

• Trade Verification: Verified ASID, IIDA, or AIA design professionals and established gallerists are eligible for industry trade incentives and will be invoiced directly based on agreed terms. • Logistics Coordination: If you prefer to manage project logistics for your client or collector, we will comfortably coordinate with your team.

3. Fine Art Transport & Handling Logistics

Large-scale gestural abstraction features delicate texture profiles and structural paint layers that must never be subjected to standard commercial parcel handling. Our logistics framework ensures absolute protection.

• Rolled Structural Tube Mailers:  All works are shipped in mailer tubes to protect the piece in transit. 

• Local Framers & Couriers: We completely avoid pre-stretched and framed artworks prior to shipping to avoid damaging the artwork in transit. Delivery to the client are fulfilled via specialized local couriers once the artwork is stretched / framed by local framers.
