Dirty Olive

About the Work

"Dirty Olive" is an immersive experience from my Horror Vacui mini-Collection, where every square inch of the canvas is a deliberate collision of energy and iconography. True to the horror vacui tradition, the piece rejects silence, opting instead for a dense, rhythmic saturation that pulls the viewer into a high-contrast, cinematic landscape. is a work that balances a sharp, editorial edge with a hedonistic maximalism. It is a piece that demands attention. At the heart of the piece is the recurring motif of the pimento-stuffed olive, a nod to indulgent, high-society lounge culture, reimagined through a lens of raw, expressive mark-making.
