About the Work

"Dirty Pickle" is an immersive experience from my Horror Vacui Collection, where every square inch of the canvas is a deliberate collision of energy and iconography.  Here, the texture woven throughout the piece, created by using coffee grounds, looks and feels like pickle skin.  True to the horror vacui tradition, the piece rejects silence, opting instead for a dense, rhythmic saturation that pulls the viewer into a high-contrast, cinematic landscape. is a work that balances a sharp, editorial edge with a hedonistic maximalism. It is a piece that demands attention. At the heart of the piece is the recurring motif of the pickle, a nod to indulgent, high-society lounge culture, reimagined through a lens of raw, expressive mark-making.

Custom Framing Option

Yes, you may add custom framing at an additional cost. A floater frame provides a sophisticated, 'gallery-ready' finish by creating a slight gap between the artwork and the frame edge, giving the piece a suspended appearance. Please note that adding a frame will affect the final dimensions and a fee for the additional shipping cost. I will provide a separate QUOTE for the framing materials and labor, as well as an updated shipping estimate once the final dimensions are confirmed.
